افتح VICTUS ← الإعدادات ← «حذف حسابي»، راجع ما سيُحذف وما سيُحفظ، ثم أكّد برمز يصل إلى هاتفك. يتوقف حسابك فورًا ويُسجَّل خروجك.

اكتب رقم هاتف الحساب في النموذج أدناه. سيتصل بك فريقنا على الرقم نفسه للتأكد أنك صاحب الحساب قبل تنفيذ الحذف.

ما الذي يُحذف

• اسمك وهاتفك وبريدك وبيانات دخولك.
• اسم المتجر وعنوانه وملاحظاته وجهات اتصالك المحفوظة.
• مستندات التسجيل وطلبات الانضمام المرتبطة برقمك.
• أعضاء المتجر الذين ليس لديهم حساب آخر لدى فيكتوس.

ما الذي نحتفظ به ولماذا

الطرود والفواتير والتسويات ودفتر الحسابات تبقى المدة التي يوجبها القانون الفلسطيني للسجلات التجارية والمالية، دون ربطها باسمك أو هاتفك أو بريدك بعد الحذف.

متى يكتمل الحذف

ننفذ الحذف بعد تسوية رصيدك النقدي وانتهاء أي طرود في الطريق، وعادةً خلال 30 يومًا من تأكيد طلبك. ما دام الحذف قيد التنفيذ لا يعمل الحساب. لا تحتاج إلى الاتصال بنا.

Open VICTUS → Settings → "Delete my account", review what is deleted and what is kept, then confirm with a code sent to your phone. Your account stops at once and you are signed out.

What is deleted

• Your name, phone, e-mail and sign-in data.
• The store name, address, notes and your saved contacts.
• Registration documents and join applications tied to your number.
• Store members who have no other VICTUS account.

What we keep and why

Parcels, invoices, settlements and the ledger are kept for the period Palestinian law requires for commercial and financial records, no longer linked to your name, phone or e-mail after deletion.

When it completes

We finish the deletion after your cash balance is settled and any parcels in transit are done, usually within 30 days of confirming your request. While it is pending the account does not work. You do not need to contact us.
