الخدمة

فيكتوس تستلم الطرود من التجار وتوصلها للمستلمين وتحصّل المبالغ نقدًا وتسوّيها مع التاجر. كل المبالغ بالشيكل ولا يوجد دفع إلكتروني ولا تحويل بنكي داخل التطبيقات.

الحسابات

• حساب التاجر يُفتح بعد مراجعة الطلب واعتماده من فيكتوس، وصاحب الحساب مسؤول عن دقة بياناته وعن من يضيفهم من أعضاء.
• حسابات الموظفين تنشئها الشركة، ولا تعمل إلا من جهاز اعتمدته.
• احفظ رموز الدخول لنفسك ولا تشاركها.

الطرود

• أنت مسؤول عن صحة بيانات المستلم والعنوان ومبلغ التحصيل.
• يُمنع شحن المواد المحظورة قانونًا أو بحسب سياسة المواد المحظورة لدى فيكتوس، ويحق لنا رفض أي طرد أو إيقاف الحساب عند المخالفة.
• الأسعار وفق قائمة الأسعار المعتمدة من فيكتوس لمنطقتك وقت إنشاء الطرد.

الاستخدام المقبول

لا تستخدم الخدمة للاحتيال أو لانتحال هوية أو لمحاولة الوصول إلى بيانات غيرك، ولا تحاول تعطيل النظام.

المسؤولية

نبذل العناية المعقولة في التوصيل، ومسؤوليتنا عن فقد الطرد أو تلفه محكومة باتفاقية التاجر وسياسة التعويض المعلنة من فيكتوس. لا نضمن عمل التطبيقات دون انقطاع.

الخصوصية والتعديل

تسري سياسة الخصوصية المنشورة على victus.ps/privacy على بياناتك. قد نعدّل هذه الشروط وننشر النسخة الجديدة هنا، واستمرارك بالاستخدام بعد النشر يعني موافقتك.

The service

VICTUS collects parcels from merchants, delivers them to recipients, collects the amounts in cash and settles them with the merchant. All amounts are in shekels; there is no online payment and no bank transfer inside the apps.

Accounts

• A merchant account opens after VICTUS reviews and approves the application; the account holder is responsible for the accuracy of its data and for the members it adds.
• Staff accounts are created by the company and work only from a device it approved.
• Keep your sign-in codes to yourself.

Parcels

• You are responsible for the recipient, address and collection amount being correct.
• Items prohibited by law or by VICTUS’s prohibited-items policy may not be shipped; we may refuse a parcel or suspend the account on a breach.
• Prices follow the VICTUS price list for your region when the parcel is created.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service for fraud, impersonation or to reach other people’s data, and do not try to disrupt the system.

Liability

We take reasonable care in delivery; our liability for a lost or damaged parcel is governed by the merchant agreement and VICTUS’s published compensation policy. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

Privacy and changes

The privacy policy at victus.ps/privacy applies to your data. We may change these terms and publish the new version here; continued use after that means you accept it.
