أسئلة شائعة

• لا يصلني رمز الدخول: انتظر دقيقة واطلبه ثانية؛ يصل عبر واتساب أو رسالة SMS على نفس رقمك.
• أريد فتح حساب تاجر: اختر «إنشاء حساب» في شاشة الدخول وعبّئ الطلب؛ نراجعه ونخبرك بالنتيجة.
• أريد حذف حسابي: من الإعدادات ← «حذف حسابي»، أو من victus.ps/delete-account.
• تطبيق VICTUS OPS لموظفي فيكتوس فقط: حسابك والجهاز تعتمدهما الإدارة.

Common questions

• My sign-in code does not arrive: wait a minute and ask again; it comes by WhatsApp or SMS to the same number.
• I want a merchant account: choose "Create an account" on the sign-in screen and fill in the application; we review it and tell you the result.
• I want to delete my account: Settings → "Delete my account", or victus.ps/delete-account.
• VICTUS OPS is for VICTUS staff only: management approves your account and your device.
